This is my three week plan, I also plan on mostly couch surfing. I will be staying in Lyon for a couple nights with my friends Marion and Laurent. Then off on my own to explore.
Right now, my focus has been the Sustainable Food Center. Right now I am working on a project with 5 other people to coordinate farmers with local chefs. The event will include 12 local chefs for various prominent restaurants featured at the market. This is a huge opportunity for me to work directly with the chefs and farmers. Did you know that chefs have publicists? I didn't know, maybe the one from Uchi since he has been on Iron Chef. But other than that, I had no clue. But we also have a major sponsor for our event, Toyota helped us two years ago and hopefully they will be back. They were able to debut the Venza, so who knows what we may be debuting this time.
